The working of Param Chaitanya

This is a very gross example, but one can learn about Mother’s nurturing nature through these simple experiences.

One day I went in basement to find that the AC/Heater unit has lot of water dripping on the floor and on the unit itself. Being a new homeowner (7 years) I was bit concerned and also little bit concern with another home related item. I looked around and cound’t figure out what’s going on, then went upstairs, almost try to ignore or forget about. I waited for 2-3 days and checked again, hoping the problem will go away, I didn’t feel that I have energy or patience to deal with another problem, but the issue didn’t just go away like this. The water was still dripping, infact it felt like it was getting worse.

I have been thinking now what to do, which mechanic to call, how much it will cost, try to look up myself couple of youtube videos and didn’t get much help. Another couple days passed by, and I kept hoping that problem will go away, as I really am the kind of person who try avoid dealing with contractors or paper work of any kind.

I decided that I will call someone, or talk to my neighbour to see if he knows anything about problem like this, and went to sleep. It was probably early morning, I had a dream where I was in the same situation the dripping water around the AC/Heating unit. I looked around, and then I noticed there was big tank under the unit and it was overflowing, which is what caused the dripping water on and around the unit. I put my hand around the tank, and pulled a small hose out, and that helped to empty the tank. I felt that it fixed the problem, at this time I was half awake and continue to try to sleep but the thought of the AC/Heater unit leaking was so strong that I couldn’t sleep. I looked at the time, it was 6 AM, off-course everyone was nicely sleeping, I couldn’t sleep so I got out of the bed, and walked towards the basement almost like something is pulling me towards the basement, because normally I would get up brush teeth etc before doing anything else, especially like going to the basement to check on the situation of the dripping water.

I went down, and off-course there was no tank under the AC/Heater unit, and i knew it even when I was dreaming about all this. I touched something on the Unit as I knew what I was doing, half awake I opened a valve, and water came out, then I pull the hose from another valve, and there was small piece of PVC pipe that was completely blocked, I knew at that moment that this was the reason for the water dripping. Water wasn’t draining due to this blockage. I cleared that PVC nozzle, and put it back, and then water start to drain. There was still lot of water on the ground, I used the mop to clean it all, so I can come back and see if it really fixed the problem. Then I went back upstairs meditated, had breakfast etc. I didn’t forget that I did something in the morning, so in the afternoon I went and checked and to my surprise the issue was resolved, the water around the unit was not increasing any more.

I was just filled with awe thinking about the whole dream, the actions I took while half awake. This is nothing but Mother’s love, that cannot see her children being anxious or worried, and wasting their attention and energy on the such mundane issue. Thanks to the loving and caring Mother and the Param Chaitanya that worked even for problems like this that may look gross but have larger impact on our spiritual well-being.
